Riyadh — OSUS Real Estate announced that its total real estate transactions exceeded SAR 1 billion during its participation in Cityscape Global 2025 — marking one of the most notable achievements of this year’s exhibition.

Cityscape has seen strong footfall since its opening, attracting visitors and real estate enthusiasts eager to explore the latest developments in Riyadh. OSUS recorded rapid sales closures within the first hours of the exhibition, driven by the high demand for its showcased projects.

The announcement coincides with the official unveiling of OSUS Makan and OSUS Prime, located in the districts of Al-Malqa and Al-Qairawan in North Riyadh. OSUS also opened registration of interest for OSUS Residences, a residential tower being developed under the international hospitality brand Curio Collection by Hilton.

Mr. Al-Qahtani brings nearly two decades of experience in investment, business transformation, and strategic planning. Prior to joining OSUS, he served as Chief Investment Officer for regional markets at Hassana Investment Company, the investment arm of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).

Throughout his career, Mr. Al-Qahtani has led major strategic transactions, complex partnerships, and M&A deals, in addition to overseeing multi-asset portfolios that included public and private equities, real estate, and infrastructure. His leadership delivered sustainable long-term returns and value creation. He also spearheaded several large-scale institutional transformation and restructuring initiatives across vital sectors such as real estate, healthcare, education, and infrastructure.

In addition, Mr. Al-Qahtani has served on the boards of leading companies and institutions, playing an active role in shaping strategies and strengthening governance.

Riyadh –
In a new step to reinforce its role as a leader in corporate social responsibility and support for philanthropy and endowment projects in Saudi Arabia, OSUS Real Estate has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Platform for Charitable Work (Ehsan).This agreement aims to foster collaboration between both parties in implementing various initiatives to support charitable and developmental efforts in the Kingdom and enhance the sustainability of endowment projects.

The MoU signing ceremony took place during the Campaign operation center in Riyadh on March 19. The agreement was signed by Mr. Anas Majid Al-Majed, CEO of OSUS, and Eng. Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Hussaini, CEO of the Ehsan Platform.

Under this agreement, OSUS will allocate a specific financial contribution from the value of every real estate unit sold across all its projects to support endowment initiatives through the Ehsan platform. The objective is to strengthen sustainable philanthropy and solidify its social impact. A structured mechanism will be established to ensure that funds are transferred on a regular basis.

This initiative underscores OSUS’ commitment to continual and sustainable support for charitable and developmental projects in the Kingdom, further reinforcing its image as a socially responsible company.

In a new step to solidify its position as a leading national real estate developer, OSUS has announced a strategic partnership with Hilton (NYSE: HLT) to manage and operate a hotel and a residential tower within its flagship project, ‘OSUS Eye’. The signing ceremony took place at the 4^th Hospitality Innovation Summit with OSUS’ Chairman, Abdullah Al-Majid and CEO, Anas Al-Majid, in attendance. Representing Hilton at the ceremony were VP Development, MEA, Carlos Khneisser and Managing Director, Development MENA, Alain Osta.

Under the agreement, Hilton will introduce two of its award-winning brands to the ‘OSUS Eye’ project in Riyadh — a Hilton Garden Inn property and a Curio Collection by Hilton branded residences. This partnership adds significant value to the development by combining OSUS’ expertise in pioneering real estate projects with Hilton’s more than 100-year legacy of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Curio Collection Residences by Hilton at Riyadh Osus Eye will feature 176 units including studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each Curio Collection by Hilton property is hand-picked to immerse guests in one-of-a-kind experiences crafted for bespoke living in the world’s most sought-out destinations. Residents will have access to a wide variety of signature residential services including a valet desk, a concierge, multi-purpose rooms for meetings and events, and a café counter.
