The training program was organized through a collaboration between OSUS and the Saudi Real Estate Institute.

OSUS participated as a sponsor of the forum for the second consecutive year, reaffirming its commitment to supporting real estate brokers, strengthening partnerships with specialized organizations, and contributing to initiatives that advance the Kingdom’s real estate sector.

The recognition ceremony reflects the ongoing collaboration between OSUS and the Saudi Real Estate Institute. As part of this partnership, OSUS hosted the training program at its Sales Center, supporting the joint efforts to empower real estate brokers and promote high-impact initiatives that contribute to the continued development of the real estate sector.

During the ceremony, Mr. Muath bin Hamad Al-Marzouqi, General Manager of Sales at OSUS, delivered a speech emphasizing that real estate brokers have become a cornerstone of today’s real estate industry. He noted that their role extends beyond facilitating transactions, as they have become strategic partners in enhancing market efficiency, strengthening confidence, and creating added value for beneficiaries. He added that real estate brokerage has become a key driver of the sector’s growth and development.

Mr. Al-Marzouqi further stated that, since the previous forum, OSUS has continued to strengthen its partnership with real estate brokers, achieving remarkable results through collaboration with more than 1,000 real estate brokers and brokerage firms, facilitating the sale and reservation of more than 280 residential units, and generating over SAR 418 million in sales through broker channels. He also highlighted a 59% increase in broker-generated sales compared to the previous period, emphasizing that these achievements reflect the success of the partnership between OSUS and real estate brokers, as well as their pivotal role in supporting the growth of the real estate sector, enhancing market efficiency, and promoting its long-term sustainability.

OSUS reaffirmed its commitment to continuing its support for real estate brokers through specialized initiatives and professional development programs, strengthening partnerships with relevant organizations, and providing opportunities that enhance brokers’ professional capabilities and competencies. These efforts contribute to the sustainable growth of the real estate sector, improve the quality of its services, and support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
