OSUS Reaches New Heights: Signing an MoU with the Real Estate Registry and Winning a Recognition Award.

As part of its ongoing efforts to support and develop the Saudi real estate sector, OSUS signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the Real Estate Registry (RER) during the Real Estate Future Forum 2025. The agreement was signed in the presence of Dr. Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, CEO of the Real Estate Registry, with Mr. Abdullah bin Saeed, Chief Commercial Officer, representing the registry, and Mr. Anas Al-Majed, Executive Vice President, representing OSUS.

The agreement aims to streamline property registration for OSUS projects and enhance collaboration in issuing off-plan sales certificates, further establishing OSUS as a key partner in advancing the real estate market.

Osus and NHC Sign Strategic Agreement for the “Sajaya by Osus” Project

Osus Company has signed a strategic agreement with the National Housing Company (NHC) during the global Cityscape 2024 exhibition, the world’s largest real estate event, hosted in Riyadh earlier this month at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham.

The agreement aims to establish a primary framework for collaboration in developing over 1,000 luxury model villas as part of the “Sajaya by Osus” project. This project is located within the Al-Mashraqiya destination, one of the residential developments in the northeastern region of the capital.
