Osus Company has signed a strategic agreement with the National Housing Company (NHC) during the global Cityscape 2024 exhibition, the world’s largest real estate event, hosted in Riyadh earlier this month at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham.

The agreement aims to establish a primary framework for collaboration in developing over 1,000 luxury model villas as part of the “Sajaya by Osus” project. This project is located within the Al-Mashraqiya destination, one of the residential developments in the northeastern region of the capital. It is situated in a vibrant area that connects arterial roads, including the Dammam Road, Janadriyah Road, and Khurais Road. The development will feature cultural centers, sports facilities, and diverse recreational spaces.

Through this agreement, Osus reaffirms its ongoing commitment to developing exceptional residential communities that position Riyadh as a premier global destination for living and investment.
