OSUS Reaches New Heights: Signing an MoU with the Real Estate Registry and Winning a Recognition Award.

As part of its ongoing efforts to support and develop the Saudi real estate sector, OSUS signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the Real Estate Registry (RER) during the Real Estate Future Forum 2025. The agreement was signed in the presence of Dr. Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, CEO of the Real Estate Registry, with Mr. Abdullah bin Saeed, Chief Commercial Officer, representing the registry, and Mr. Anas Al-Majed, Executive Vice President, representing OSUS.

The agreement aims to streamline property registration for OSUS projects and enhance collaboration in issuing off-plan sales certificates, further establishing OSUS as a key partner in advancing the real estate market.

In recognition of its leadership, OSUS received a special award from the Real Estate Registry for being the first developer to list its projects on the Real Estate Developers Portal for off-plan sales. This award reflects OSUS’s commitment to innovation,

sustainable development, and its pivotal role in achieving Vision 2030’s goals of fostering a transparent and progressive real estate market.

OSUS remains dedicated to balancing quality and cost, ensuring customer satisfaction, and protecting their rights. Off-plan sales are central to its strategic vision, offering meticulously designed, high-quality real estate units at competitive prices, supported by flexible financing solutions to meet the needs of diverse clients.

It’s worth noting that the off-plan sales system is a transformative approach to the real estate market, targeting key strategic objectives. It ensures high-quality, competitively priced housing, protects buyers’ rights through transparent mechanisms, and promotes fair competition among developers, encouraging innovative and attractive projects. Moreover, the system enhances transparency, drives investment in the real estate sector, and combats speculative practices that destabilize prices.
